【Product introduction】
Lubtech TECHLUB high temperature grease is a kind of grease supplied to OEM company. It is mainly used in fixing film, upper roller and other parts of fixing components of printer/copier which need high temperature resistance.
Perfluorogrease, NLGI grade 1,2, excellent lubricity, wear resistance, high load resistance, high temperature resistance, excellent oxidation stability, excellent fire resistance, heat resistance oxidation stability, very low volatility.

【Product usage】
Fluoride is 1.9~2.0 (5mL = 10g)/silicone is 0.98~1.1(5mL = 5g)
Usage amount on fixing film = A3:1.8-2.1g; A4:0.9 ~ 1.1 g
Upper roller sleeve and upper roller = 0.4~0.6g
【Range of application】
This product is specially used for office supplies copier, printer high-temperature bearing, etc.
This product can be used in auxiliary boiler rotating nozzle of large chemical plant, lubrication of gears, chains and clutches working under high temperature environment, as well as lubrication requirements in magnetic sealing system of reaction kettle.
This product is widely used in the injection mold hardware industry for the lubrication of rolling bearings and sliding bearings for high temperature and high speed equipment in textile, printing and dyeing, chemical fiber, medicine, packaging, carton, ceramics, cement, papermaking and other industries, as well as the lubrication of gears, chains and clutches under high temperature environment.
This product can be used to lubricate vacuum equipment in semiconductor industry. (e.g., reflow welding machine)
【Method of use】
Make sure the grease parts are dry and clean before use, do not mix with other grease; Strictly prevent impurities from mixing when using and storing;
【Precautions for storage】
Store in a cool, ventilated and dry place, the room temperature is lower than 45℃ in the warehouse, do not invert.
Not close to acid, alkali, oxidant and other corrosive substances, not exposed to the sun.
The stacking layer shall not exceed 5 barrels and shall be above the ground and 10CM from the wall.
